Iole speaks English, Portuguese & Spanish. She serves as a resource to our team in the Homeowners Insurance area. Iole is licensed in life and health insurance as well as home and auto insurance. She has been with our Agency for over 8 years now.
Stacey brings many years of experience in personal lines insurance. She has been with our office over 6 years now and loves doing what she does. At one time we referred to her as the Brady Bunch mom, but now her new nick name is Empty Nestor which she seems to be enjoying. Stacey can help with auto, life, health and home insurance. Additionally she helps with our commercial insurance and can be accused of building great relationships with those she serves.
Janice is our Operations Director. She is a Native Floridian, born and raised in the community of Cutler Ridge, now known as Cutler Bay. She brings 34 years of insurance experience to our team and is often turned to for answers to complex questions and issues. Although reserved by nature, if you ask her about her grand daughter, she can go on for hours!
Kristiana is our Office Manager in the Deerfield Beach office location. She has been with our office over 3 years and speaks English and Portuguese. She is able to write all insurance lines to include auto, home, life and health insurance.
Shawn works behind the scenes helping our office run efficiently. He helps manage our building maintenance, hiring and catastrophe preparedness. He is licensed for auto insurance, home insurance and health insurance.
Dana joins us with previous experience and brings much knowledge with her. She spends her time helping our State Farm customers with commercial insurance. Dana is licensed for multiple lines of business to include property and casualty, along with life and health insurance. If you want to insure your business, you need to meet with her!
Glenda is our newest Account Manager and licensed in the lines of business we offer. (Auto, Home, Life and Health insurance) She is known for great customer service and spending extra time to be sure the customer knows what they have for coverage. She has been a great addition to TEAM Mills!
Ruth is our Customer Care Manager in our Deerfield Beach location. She is new to the position but has earned it from being dependable, a fast learner and champion of fixing the problem. Offering great customer service, she is known for her smile and soft spoken words!
Monica is our newest team member to Ellie Mills Insurance Agency. She is a quick learner and eager to help customers with auto insurance and home insurance.
Fred joined our team in early 2021. He has been working in our Customer Care department providing exceptional customer service. You don't have to speak to him long before you realize his dedication to helping you with your account. He's known for getting a smile out of almost everyone!
Dalton is a recent graduate of FSU who has chosen insurance as his career. He is resourceful, excited and looking forward to developing his education to be able to help with auto, home, health and life insurance. When he answers the phone, we give you permission to test his knowledge!
Rashaud is our Customer Care Manager in our Cutler Bay location. He is licensed in auto and home insurance and offers exceptional customer service. If you have a problem, he gets to the bottom of it to help make sure you are happy. He spends most of his time training our Customer Care team to provide the kind of service people have come to expect from our offices.
Lasonya is our newest Agent Aspirant to join Ellie Mills Insurance Agency. She is licensed for auto, home and health insurance now and soon will be able to help with other lines of business as well.
